How do I return my purchase?Because of the sensitive nature of adult sex toys, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product for which we will offer an exact exchange only. If your product is damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain an exact exchange. Please email us at info@TheRabbitHole.us if you have any questions. Any item that is returned without authorization will not be accepted.

I received the wrong item !Please email our customer care department and report shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package. You can reach us at info@TheRabbitHole.us. Everyone at The Rabbit Hole strives for accuracy, but we are only bunnies and mistakes do happen.

How will my packages arrive?Shipments go out within 3 days and arrive by USPS First Class or Fed Ex. USPS has an arrival time of 2 to 4 days. Fed Ex has an arrival time of 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
